How reports work
CentreVu
®
CMS collects data from ACD activity and stores it in one
of the
CentreVu
CMS databases. The data reflects the activity of your
splits/skills, trunks, trunk groups, agents, agent groups, VDNs, and
vectors. You can view this data by generating a
CentreVu
CMS report.
