1.1 Software history
The “Electronic Revision” (ER) is consulted to
document the revision status of electronic equipment
according to NE 53 for all GDC devices. It is easy to
see from the ER whether troubleshooting or larger
changes in the electronic equipment have taken place
and how that has affected the compatibility.
