Measurement Condition Settings
This instrument requires measurement condition settings (average count, observer/illuminant, and display) to be
configured before measurement can be started.

Measurement Condition Settings
To set measurement conditions, select the setting from the <Measurement cond.> menu. The following three
items can be specified as the measurement conditions:
• Measurement setup : Sets the measurement angle, number of auto average or manual average measurements
to perform, and whether the tilt detection function should be turned OFF or ON.
• Observer/Illuminant : Configure the two observers/illuminants.
• Display cond.
: Sets the display type, color space, color difference equation, and direction.
Operating Procedure

Press [MENU], and then use [

] to display the
<Measurement cond.> menu screen.

To return to the previous screen , press [MENU] or [ESC] .
