Turning the Power ON

Slide the power switch to the “|” side.

The power will turn ON.

Notes

• When first turning the instrument ON after

purchasing, the language setting screen will be
displayed, followed by the date and time setting
screen. Configure the settings according to pages
89 and 91.

Slide the power switch to the “



” side.

Memo

When powered by the battery, the instrument will enter
sleep mode automatically after 5 minutes of inactivity if the
instrument is not communicating with the PC. Pressing any
of the control keys will cause the instrument to wake up.
