Replacing the transfer roller unit

A. Periodically replaced parts/cycle

• Transfer roller unit: Every 100,000 counts

B. Removal procedure

1.

Open the right door.

2.

Push two levers [1] inside to unlock 
the transfer roller.

3.

Rotate the transfer roller unit [2] in 
the direction of the arrow.

4.

Remove the transfer roller unit [1].

5.

To reinstall, reverse the order of removal.

6.

From the Menu, select [Service Mode] 

→

 [Supplies] 

→

 [Consumables Replace] 

→

 

[Transfer Roller Unit] and execute this function to reset the transfer roller counter value.

7.

From the Menu, select [Admin Setting] 

→

 [Printer Setting] 

→

 [Quality Settings] 

→

 [Gra-

dation Adjust] 

→

 [AIDC Process] and execute this function.
