INVERSION
1.
Place the bucket in contact with a flat surface.
REMARK
When removing the pins, place the bucket so that it is in light
contact with the ground.
If the bucket is lowered strongly to the ground, the resistance will
be increased and it will be difficult to remove the pins.
2.
Remove the stopper bolts and nuts, then remove pins and,
and remove the bucket.
NOTICE
After removing the pins, make sure that they do not
become contaminated with sand or mud and that the seals of
bushing on both sides do not become damaged.
3.
Install the bucket inversely.
After the bucket is reversed, correct the inclination and direc-
tion of the retaining pin holes (1) and (2) and stabilise the
bucket securely.
4.
Align the arm with holes (1) and the link with holes (2), then
install pins (A) and (B).
WARNING
●
If the control lever is touched by accident, the work
equipment or the machine may move suddenly, and this
may lead to a serious accident. Before leaving the opera-
tor’s compartment, always raise the safety lock lever to
LOCK the work equipment controls.
●
In certain conditions it may be possible for the safety
lock lever to contact the left hand arm rest on the opera-
tor seat.
to avoid this, always ensure that the left hand arm rest is
stowed in the fully up position before operating the
safety lock lever.
