a TC table from 0 to 95 °C
in 5-K steps.
The analyzer displays
temperature values in
5 °C steps. You must spec-
ify the percent deviation
of the measured value
from each of these tem-
perature values.
Intermediate values are
linearly interpolated.
TC compensation can be
defined separately for
parameter sets A and B.
