1. Check hatches, windows, shower screen, pack
away TV and counter items
2. Fold down seats and water spout, stow pillows on
back of small seat
3. Undo passenger-side bolt and pull in bed then
lock both bolts
4. Ensure upper door is open and lower door closed
5. Check outside for anything leaning against
Karavan that could be caught in the lowering of
upper body.
6. Close outside kitchen, ensure latches are flush
7. Lower upper body and watch for electrical cord
not to be caught in back section
8. Close 2 sections of back hatch for access to pole
storage & put away stairs
9. PACK AWAY AWNING
10. Switch on Posivent
inside then close & lock
both doors with square
drive key / lock down
Karavan with 4 Catches
11. Close tail gate / put away
stabilizer legs
12. Ensure grey water tank
outlet pipe with valve is
fixed in upper position
against chassis rail
and valve is in CLOSED
position before traveling.
13. Connect to vehicle.
Check; jockey wheel away
/ set airbags to travel
height and level, do visual check on ride height /
lights working.
Essentials | Kwik Setup Guide
1. Engage parking brake, disconnect from vehicle (if
needed), level Karavan, open door & lower steps
2. Release the 4x body catches & 2x tailgate
catches
3. Unfold tailgate
4. Lower, lock-down and adjust stabilizer legs
5. Raise canopy using actuator control in rear hatch
or via remote control
6. Push out bed checking that the side wall panels
are fitting into the felt recesses
7. Secure bed slide with barrel bolt and push hard to
secure
8. Plug in bed lights and attach velcro vinyl head
board inserts
9. Lift seats and enjoy
IMPORTANT:
• The actuator & battery power switches must be in the ON position to raise or lower the upper body.
• Upper door must be open when raising & lowering body.
