For trailers with Built-in Compressor.
Identifying the leak:
1.
Infl ate both air bags to at least 50psi each side
2. Turn both OPEN/CLOSED (E) valves to CLOSED position.
3.
Climb under the trailer & Inspect the air fi tting at the top of each air bag by spraying with soapy water
(you
may need to clean fi ttings if dirty). If you notice air bubbles you have found a leak
4.
Spray & Inspect the fi ttings on the ‘air bag side’ of the OPEN/CLOSED (E) valves and check for leaks
5.
IF there are no leaks identifi ed in Steps 2-4, CHECK for leaks in any fi ttings between the OPEN/CLOSED (E)
valves and the control switches/display gauge
6.
IF there are no leaks identifi ed in Step 2-5 then check for leaks in any fi ttings between the air inlet side of
the control switches/display gauge and the air compressor

Air Suspension Maintenance
When the air suspension system is being used regularly you need to drain any
moisture from the system. This can be done by turning the release valve located on
the underside of the air tank and letting the moisture drain out.
