SCPI Command Reference

PLUGin

The PLUGin subsystem is a plugin interface for integrating 
C# assemblies into the M8070A user interface and 
instrument software.

SYSTem

The SYSTem subsystem is used for general system functions.

DATA

The DATA subsystem is used to select patterns, define 
symbol parameters, define sequence blocks and loops and 
synchronize the pattern.
