6.7.1. Mounting instructions
The MultiSensor-Door is equipped with several different sensors. To ensure the best evaluation and functioning
of the sensors, please note the following
mounting instructions:
• Only install the MultiSensor in horizontal or vertical direction on the handle‘s side of the door or window
• to avoid false alarms the MultiSensor can be installed at the door frame or window frame and instead the
magnet at the moveable part
• when using the reed contact, keep the distance to the magnet below one centimeter
• only use suitable mounting material (foam tape)
• sensor casing can be fastened with screws on the door frame or window frame, if necessary
