Operating the pop-up roof
Raising the roof:
Before the roof can be raised, open the two strap buckles (1) on the left and right. Then open the two
safety latches (3). Do do this, fold out the wing (4) and rotate it 180° anti-clockwise. The safety latches
must not touch the retaining plates (2) before the roof can be gently pushed upwards with two hands un-
til the final position has been reached.

Retracting the roof:
Important: Before the roof can be retracted, remove any pillows and blankets have so that only the mat-
tress that was supplied with the vehicle (and the slatted base) remains. In addition, the three opening in
the pop-up roof also have to be closed.
We recommend opening a door or window as the air cushion generated when the roof is retracted can
push the fabric outwards towards the mechanism, which can cause damage to the roof canvas.
1.
First, pull the sleeping surface with the slatted base downwards slowly and evenly.
2.
Then pull down the roof by pulling slowly and evenly on the central strap or handles. Ensure that
the roof canvas folds inwards and does not become damaged by the mechanism.
3.
When the lowest position has been reached, attach the two safety latches to the retaining plates
and secure them by turning 180° clockwise.
Finally, close the two strap buckles.
