APPENDIX B - ERROR MESSAGES
The main error messages which the unit produces consist of “ERROR” followed by:
In department:
The selected department does not exist.
In date and time:
The format of the date and/or time is incorrect.
Capacity exceeded:
The system has a maximum number of trunks,
departments and extensions. The number indicated
exceeds the capacity.
Ext. cannot be billed:
The number input does not correspond to a room or
booth extension.
Does not exist:
The number corresponds to an extension which has
not been created.
Ext. not checked-in:
This extension has not been checked-in.
Ext. without charge:
The calls made from this extension have already
been billed.
Check-in already active:
Extension already checked-in.
Dpt. with Autoticket:
You have requested a real time enquiry for a
department configured in Autoticket mode, which is
not possible.
Do check-out:
You are trying to reassign an extension which is
checked-in. First do a check-out.
No calls:
No calls have been registered.
PRN off Line:
The external printer is not ON LINE or is not properly
connected.
Ext. already exists:
When creating an extension which has been
previously defined.
You must bill to keep storing: When the memory is full, the new calls replace the
old ones.
In Hotel mode, the system verifies whether the calls
that are going to be deleted should be billed and if
this is the case, if they have already been billed.
If they have not been billed, the system provides a
warning message indicating the extensions that need
to be billed.
Date and time:
Is printed during an enquiry in “Real Time Mode” if
the date in the PBX is different from the date in the
unit.
