The unit can manage up to 25 departments.
Each department is defined by the following parameters:
Department:
Department number (0 to 24).
Name:
Department Name.
Store:
Parameter which indicates whether the calls of this department
must be stored: YES / NO.
Masking:
Number of digits to be masked on the reports. The
n
last digits of
the dialled number will be replaced by an “x” to ensure the
confidentiality of the information.
Type:
Department category: Rooms / Booths / Administration.
The type defines the nature of the extensions assigned to each
department: a room or booth extension can be billed and is
handled from the Guests menu; Administration extensions may not
be billed.
Autoticket:
Only valid for rooms or booths departments:

ticket will automatically be emitted after each call)

Initial cost:
Surcharge to be added to the amount of the call.
In Hotel mode each call can be divided into 3 segments. A
different profit percentage may be applied to each segment.
Bl. 1, 2 and 3:
Opens a sub menu which allows configuration of the price
segments and the profit percentage to be applied to each
segment.
Example: To apply a 50% profit rate to the first pound of each call,
a 30% profit rate to the segment between 1 and 3 Pounds and a
20% profit rate above 3 Pounds, enter the following values:

Block 1 should always start with 0. Block 3 should finish in --,
which indicates that there is no upper limit. In order to define a flat
rate, define Block 1 from 0.0 to 0.0, and enter the profit rate to be
applied.
Once these parameters have been defined, press
OK
to confirm configuration.
