The unit automatically generates the trunks as they appear on the call records
received from the PBX.
Line:
Internal number of the line (i.e. 01).
Number: Actual telephone number associated to the line.
Carrier:
Default carrier associated with the line. To select a carrier use the
keys.
To insert trunks, press

and select option 1. Insert.
To delete trunks, press
#
and select option 2. Delete.

Programming reports
The unit generates a variety of reports with previously defined filters and parameters.
This enables the immediate printing of reports without having to enter selection
parameters at each session.
These reports are defined by default but they may be customised and programmed
at any time according to specific user requests.
The 9 default reports are as follows:
today’s calls, yesterday’s calls, current month,
previous month, current week, previous week, by extensions, by trunks and by
departments.
The nature of the reports may be changed in order to program up to 9 customised
reports, according to the parameters described hereafter:
Name:
Name of the report.
Date:
Date of the calls to select: All (all calls in memory), Today, Yesterday,
Current week, Previous week, Current month, Previous month.
Type:
Report type: CHR (chronological), EXT (by extension), TRK (by trunk),
DPT (by department), in Business mode only ACC (by account code)
and in Hotel mode / Guest Version only EXTRA (by type of extra).
This line depends on the type of report selected:

Ext:
Choose all the extensions or one specific extension.

Trk.:
Choose all the trunks or one specific trunk.

Dpt.:
Choose all the departments or one specific department.

A/C:
Choose all account codes or one specific account code.

Extra: Choose all extras or one specific extra.
Destin.:
Choose all calls or select an area code (prefix) or a phone number.
Calls:
Call types selected: All, Incoming, Outgoing, Unattended, Internal,
Incomplete, No Pulses,...

The exact possibilities depend on the model.
