Insert Tariffs
To add a new destination, select option 6
.Insert
, which leads to the following screen:
MODIFY RATES
1. Prefix:
2. Price/Minute: 1.00
▼3. Period (sec): 60
Note:
By default a new tariff is created for 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. Only
imported tariffs may use time bands.
Enter the prefix and modify the Price and the period. Once done, press
OK
.
Delete Prefix
For deleting current tariff.
Print tariffs
Prints a complete list of tariffs to all destinations
Modify prices
It is possible to assign a multiplicative factor to all tariffs simultaneously, for example
in order to increase tariffs in a linear form.
Delete
This option will delete all the tariffs loaded on the unit. It will then be necessary to
introduce a new table for the correct operation of TaxLine IP.

The unit handles up to 20 extras (charges other than telephone calls). Each extra is
defined by its name and its VAT rate. These charges may be assigned at any time to
the guest extensions, and appear on the bill after the telephone charges.
Extra:
Internal number of the extra charge (1 to 20).
Name:
Name of the charge which will appear on the bills.
VAT:
VAT rate to be applied.
Note:
The amounts charged to the extensions for each extra are entered manually
by the unit´s operator.
