Description
1.1.0.5
It is now possible to manually configure and activate which Chiller/heat pump PT100
sensors are used or not. Two new configuration points are introduced:
•
Setup/Configuration/Plant/Process out temp.
- i.e. enable
Process out func-
tion/limits/control
(default=YES).
•
Setup/Configuration/Plant/Process in temp.
- i.e. enable
Process in function/
limits
(default=NO)
There is a Multisab issue when two HPO 24 Rota compressors are running in parallel.
Due to the high minimum capacity for these compressor types, Multisab will calculate a
relatively high
Screw parallel cap.
which will prevent the Rota slave from stopping. Due
to this, the Rota master does not stop either. It is now possible to set a positive
Parallel
offset
value. This will heighten the calculated
Screw parallel cap.
with the offset value
and ensure that the slave can stop. See section
6.3 Multisab, Parallel offset
for more
information.
For security reasons, we have password control for web browser access to the UniSAB
III file system, file.htm. The web browser entry, screen.htm, is no longer available.
The SabSIM simulator is now updated to release 1.03.
On some plants it has been reported that the compressor would stay in minimum ca-
pacity and not increase capacity in case of a capacity need. This problem, which is de-
scribed in detail in TI2015-05, would affect the following compressor types:
•
Reciprocating compressors with VSD
•
Screw compressors with VSD and no capacity slide
The problem has been solved.
When the PMS delay function (timer 49) was used, i.e. the timer value set higher than
zero, the PMS output would not work correctly, the PMS output was just a pulse at
compressor start. This problem has been solved.
