44136 4 4 "BATTERY CHARGER - FAULT (524167:31 -
Hardware Fault)"
No Response. • The Battery Charger is detecting an internal charger fault.
• Remove AC and battery for a minimum of 30 seconds and
retry charger. If problem continues, stop using charger and
replace it.
44137 4 4 "Battery Charger - High Battery Voltage
Error"
No Response. • The Battery Charger is detecting that the machine's battery
voltage is too high to start charge.
• Check the battery to charger connections and the charger
power connector for damage. Confirm the correct battery is
being used for the charger.
44138 4 4 "Battery Charger - Battery Voltage Too
Low For Charge"
No Response. • The Battery Charger is detecting that the machine's battery
voltage is too low to start charge.
• Check the battery to charger connections and the charger
power connector for damage. Confirm the correct battery is
being used for the charger.
44141 4 4 "Battery Charger - Amp Hour Limit
Exceeded"
No Response. • The Battery Charger is detecting that the safety limit was
exceeded.
• Check that the batteries are not too discharged, poor battery
health will cause this fault. Check battery connections to the
charger.
44142 4 4 "Battery Charger - Battery Temperature
Sensor Out Of Range"
No Response. • The Battery Charger is detecting that the temperature sen-
sor is reporting an invalid value.
• Check the connector on the sensor for damage or faulty wir-
ing. Reset charger, if issue continues the sensor may need
replaced.
44143 4 4 "Battery Charger - Battery Voltage
Polairty Reversed"
No Response. • The Battery Charger is detecting that the battery is con-
nected incorrectly to the charger. The charger is detecting
that the voltage polarity is incorrect.
• Check the battery connections to the charger.
44144 4 4 "Battery Charger - Algorithm Not Set" No Response. • The Battery Charger is detecting that a charger Algorithm
has not yet been selected. Select the correct Algorithm by
performing a Set Charger calibration through the handheld
JLG analyzer or re-flash the charger.
44147 4 4 "Battery Charger - Ac Supply Voltage Too
High"
No Response. • The Battery Charger is detecting that the AC supply voltage
to the charger is too high.
• Check that the AC voltage is between 85 - 270 VAC / 45 - 65
Hz.
44148 4 4 "Battery Charger - Ac Supply Voltage Too
Low"
No Response. • The Battery Charger is detecting that the AC supply voltage
to the charger is too low.
• Check that the AC voltage is between 85 - 270 VAC / 45 - 65
Hz.
44149 4 4 "Battery Charger - Battery Temperature
Sensor Not Installed"
No Response. • The Battery Charger is detecting that the Temperature Sen-
sor input is reading as an open circuit.
• Check the Temperature Sensor connector for damage or
faulty wiring.
44150 4 4 "Battery Charger - Battery Disconnected" No Response. • The Battery Charger is not detecting a battery load or
enough voltage from the batteries.
• Check the battery to charger connections.
4420 4 4 "Battery Deeply Discharged" Drive Speed restricted to Elevated
Speed. Lift Up and Leveling Jack
Extend Functions Prevented. • UGM detects that the Machine's Battery Voltage is less than
30V.
