8124 8 1 “Rear Axle Tilt Sensor Has Not Been Cali-
brated”
Lift Up and Quik Level Functions Pre-
vented. Drive is prevented if the
Machine is Not Stowed. • The UGM is detecting that the Rear Axle Tilt Sensor does not
have a Calibrated Value in Memory.
813 8 1 “Chassis Tilt Sensor Not Calibrated” Lift Up is Prevented. Drive is pre-
vented if the Machine is Not Stowed. • The UGM is detecting that the Chassis Tilt Sensor does not
have a Calibrated Value in Memory.
814 8 1 “Chassis Tilt Sensor Out Of Range” Lift Up is Prevented. Drive is pre-
vented if the Machine is Not Stowed. • The UGM is detecting that the Chassis Tilt Sensor Value is
reading greater than +/- 30°.
• Check sensor for damage or faulty wiring.
815 8 1 “Chassis Tilt Sensor - Disagreement” Lift Up is Prevented. Drive is pre-
vented if the Machine is Not Stowed. • The Chassis Tilt Sensor has an internal accelerometer dis-
agreement. Tilt Sensor will need replaced.
818 8 1 “Tilt Sensor Stagnant” Lift Up is Prevented. Drive is pre-
vented if the Machine is Not Stowed. • The UGM is detecting that the Chassis Tilt Sensor Value is not
changing during Drive.
• Check sensor for damage or faulty wiring.
821 8 2 “LSS Front Left Cell #1 Error” Machine will behave as if it is over-
loaded. • UGM is detecting that LSS FL Cell has an Error.
• Check for cable damage or loose connection.
822 8 2 “LSS Front Right Cell #2 Error” Machine will behave as if it is over-
loaded. • UGM is detecting that LSS FR Cell has an Error.
• Check for cable damage or loose connection.
823 8 2 “LSS Rear Left Cell #3 Error” Machine will behave as if it is over-
loaded. • UGM is detecting that LSS RL Cell has an Error.
• Check for cable damage or loose connection.
824 8 2 “LSS Rear Right Cell #4 Error” Machine will behave as if it is over-
loaded. • UGM is detecting that LSS RR Cell has an Error.
• Check for cable damage or loose connection.
825 8 2 “LSS Has Not Been Calibrated” Machine will behave as if it is over-
loaded. • UGM is detecting that the LSS does not have a Calibrated
Value in Memory.
991 9 9 “LSS Watchdog Reset” Machine will behave as if it is over-
loaded. • The UGM is detecting the LSS Module has an internal fault.
The LSS Module may need replaced.
9910 9 9 “Functions Locked Out - Platform Module
Software Version Improper”
Machine Functions Prevented in
Platform Mode. • UGM is detecting that there is a Software Version error
between the UGM and Platform Module.
• Check that both modules have the latest SW version pro-
grammed to them.
99187 9 9 “LSS Internal Error - Driver Failure” Machine will behave as if it is over-
loaded. • The UGM is detecting the LSS Module has an internal fault.
The LSS Module may need replaced.
992 9 9 “LSS EEPROM Error” Machine will behave as if it is over-
loaded. • The UGM is detecting the LSS Module has an internal fault.
The LSS Module may need replaced.
9924 9 9 “Functions Locked Out - Machine Not Con-
figured”
All Machine Functions Prevented. • UGM is detecting that under MACHINE SETUP in the Analyzer
there is not a machine model selected.
993 9 9 “LSS Internal Error - Pin Excitation” Machine will behave as if it is over-
loaded. • The UGM is detecting the LSS Module has an internal fault.
The LSS Module may need replaced.
