4232 4 2 “Rear Left Motor Too Hot - Please Wait” Drive Speed Restricted to Elevated
Speed if the Temperature is greater
than 125C degrees. If the Motor
reaches 139C then Drive Functional-
ity is Prevented. • UGM is detecting that the Left Drive Motor Temperature is
greater than 125C.
• Check the Motor's external temperature. If the Motor is hot,
then allow the motor to cool. If the motor is not hot, then
Check the wiring between the Left Controller (CO371-J1 pin
22) and the Left Drive Motor (X425A pin 5) for damage.

down”
All UGM Valve Outputs are turned off. • UGM detects the Machine's Control System Voltage is less
than 9V.
• Check Voltage Output of Machine's DC/DC Convertor.
44136 4 4 "BATTERY CHARGER - FAULT (4993:5 - Bat-
tery Does Not Take Current)"
No Response. • The Battery Charger is detecting voltage, but the Charger is
unable to output current.
• Check the connections between the battery charger and
battery.
44136 4 4 "BATTERY CHARGER - FAULT (524032:31 -
General Configuration Error)"
No Response. • The Battery Charger is detecting a Configuration Error. The
Battery Charger will need to be re-flashed and have the set-
tings correctly configured.
44136 4 4 "BATTERY CHARGER - FAULT (524033:31 -
Upload or Download Error)"
No Response. • The Battery Charger is detecting a problem with the USB
Upload/Download.
• Try removing the USB and then re-insert it and attempt pro-
gramming again. Try a new/different USB. Ensure USB for-
mat is FAT. Confirm the correct charger SW version is being
used.
44136 4 4 "BATTERY CHARGER -FAULT (524034:31 -
USB Error)"
No Response. • The Battery Charger is detecting an Error with the USB drive.
• Try removing the USB and then re-insert it and attempt pro-
gramming again. Try a new/different USB. Ensure USB for-
mat is FAT.
44136 4 4 "BATTERY CHARGER - FAULT (524034:6 -
USB Overcurrent)"
No Response. • The Battery Charger is detecting an Error with the USB drive.
• Try removing the USB and then re-insert it and attempt pro-
gramming again. Try a new/different USB. Ensure USB for-
mat is FAT.
44136 4 4 "BATTERY CHARGER - FAULT (524035:31 -
CAN Bus Comm Error)"
No Response. • The Battery Charger is detecting a CAN Bus Network Error.
• Check the CAN bus lines on the battery charger connector
(pins 6 & 10). Check for 60 ohms between the two pins.
Check the rest of the CAN 3 network.
44136 4 4 "BATTERY CHARGER - FAULT (524042:31 -
BMS Module Comm Error)"
No Response. • The Battery Charger is detecting an error from the battery
module or it is in a pre-operational state.
44136 4 4 “BATTERY CHARGER - FAULT (524036:31 -
Reference Out of Range Error)”
No Response. • The Battery Charger is detecting an internal charger power
supply rail error.
• Remove AC and battery for a minimum of 30 seconds and
retry charger. If problem continues, contact support.
44136 4 4 "BATTERY CHARGER - FAULT (8014:31 - Fan
Error)"
No Response. • The Battery Charger is detecting there is an issue with the
cooling fan.
• Check Battery Charger power wires for damage. Check the
fan blades for debris.
