Elevator accompany with vibration when starting.
Analysis: Motor parameter is inaccuracy, PI parameter set wrongly and the balance
coefficient is bad.
Solution: 1) Redo the motor parameter autotuning, and generally the rotation autotuning is
better than static autotuning.
2) properly modify the parameter of ACR(P03.09,P03.10)and ASR (P03.00)

Analysis: the frequency of closed-brake set wrongly.
Solution: properly modify FDT1 lag detection value
