VT220/ANSI Display Emulation
The PEN*KEY 6500 Computer’s liquid crystal display
(LCD) shows PEN*KEY computer and VT220 prompts, and
information you type. Because the VT220 terminal’s screen
is 80 columns by 24 lines, the PEN*KEY computer repre-
sents a part of the information on the larger VT220 screen.

NOTE:
PEN*KEY computers in the PEN*KEY 6500 Series have WLIF radios
only.
Host View Size
The host view size is 24 characters high by 80 characters
wide.
Screen Size
You can select the number of display lines and characters
per line. The options are 20, 40, or 80 characters per line
by 8, 10, 12, 16, 21, or 25 lines. The default is 12 lines and
40 characters. To change the screen size open the firmware
and select the following options in this order: LCD PARMS,
SCREEN SIZE.
