Cleaning
• Turn off the power.
• Open the front and user covers.
• Remove the transfer ribbon

and paper.
• Push most of a cleaning card under the printhead.
• Lower the printhead.
• Pull out the cleaning card
• Raise the printhead.
• Wait for approximately 30 seconds.
• Push most of the same cleaning card under the printhead.
• Lower the printhead.
• Pull out the cleaning card
• Raise the printhead.
• Allow the cleaned printhead to dry for approximately 2 minutes
before reloading the paper and transfer ribbon
