When charging the unit:
The MRS-400 unit’s maximum power input is
5V
. The chargers supplied by Infodraw
provide the correct (5V) power output to the unit. WHEN CHARGING THE UNIT,
ONLY USE THE CHARGERS PROVIDED BY INFODRAW. DO NOT CHARGE THIS UNIT
WITH ANY HIGHER VOLTAGE THAN
5V
. THIS MAY CAUSE IRREVERSIBLE INTERNAL
DAMAGE TO THE UNIT’S HARDWARE COMPONENTS.
Never use a damaged charger to charge the device.
When configuring the unit:
The MRS-400 unit has to be configured prior to operation and later on as well. The
configurations are done using the Device Configurator Application on any PC,
through the USB Cable provided. MAKE SURE THAT ANY
SIM CARD
AND/OR
MICRO
SD CARD
IN THE UNIT IS
REMOVED
BEFORE CONFIGURING THE UNIT THROUGH THE
USB CABLE.
When installing the unit in a vehicle:
Only use Infodraw Chargers to charge the MRS-400 Unit. Non-Infodraw chargers are
not covered by the 1 Year Limited Warranty.
When installing custom 12V Power Outlets directly into vehicle batteries, please
ensure that this is done by a qualified, experienced Auto Electrician.
Disposal and Recycling:
Please ensure this product is recycled in an environmentally friendly way. You must dispose
of the MRS-400 device properly according to local laws and regulations. As the MRS-400
device contains electronic components and a lithium battery, it must be disposed of
separately from household waste. When the MRS-400 device reaches the end of its life,
contact local authorities to learn about disposal and recycling options.
