3-2-1-1 Driver Installation for Windows XP, Vista, 7 (32Bit):
To setup the USB Drivers on Windows XP, Vista or 7 (32Bit), please make sure that the
device is activated and that you have the following two files located in the same folder on
your PC:
a)
idmrs.inf
b)
idmrs.sys
Sometimes the file
“idmrs.inf”
can only be downloaded by right-clicking the link and
pressing the “save link as…” option.
a)
Right-click “my computer”.
b)
Click “properties”.
c)
Enter the “Hardware” tab
d)
Click on
“Device manager”
.
When the PC is connected to a
device (With the USB cable):
a)
Open the “Infodraw
Multimedia” folder.
b)
Right-click on the “Infodraw
MRS Device” file.
c)
Choose the
“update driver”
option.
* If the device appears as an
"
Unknown device
" - please connect
the USB cable to another USB port or
to a USB hub until the device is
identified.
