Disconnect upper and lower engine coolant lines from radiator suction and
return ports by loosening hose clamps and removing hoses from radiator.
(See Figure 8)

Disconnect engine block heater hose (Optional) from upper radiator
assembly. (See Figure 8)
•
Disconnect hose from low coolant level switch. (See Figure 8)
•
Completely evacuate the refrigerant system. Refer to Section 2-1, Servicing.
•
Sweat apart the refrigerant lines leading to/from the condenser coil.
•
Remove retaining bolts from radiator / condenser assembly side support
gussets. (See Figure 9) Radiator rests on top of chassis frame.
•
Lift entire assembly away from unit using appropriate lift devices.
•
To install radiator / condenser coil assembly, reverse the removal process.
•
Once installation is complete, fill the entire coolant system with appropriate
coolant mixture.
•
Recharge refrigerant system. Refer to Section 2-1, Servicing.
•
Operate unit in COOL mode to check for coolant and refrigerant leaks. Refer
to Section 1-2, Operating Procedures.
