How do I reset my password?
•
Reset the GUI password back to the factory default (user: admin,
no password) by selecting the RESET COMM SETTINGS in the
Network Status front display panel menu (see Section 3.2.7).
•
Do the following to clear the LCD password in cases where it is lost:
1.
Switch off the AC power to the unit.
2.
Simultaneously press the ENTER and BACK buttons for more
than 15 seconds while restoring the AC power.
3.
Enter a new password if password protection is required.
NOTE: Always record the LCD password when set, as it must be entered
to change any supply settings using the front display panel.

How do I upgrade the firmware?
See Section 4.8.5
in the user manual.
NOTICE
Updating the firmware will delete the current data log file.
Download the log before updating the firmware.

Why are Net Ah count, Run Time Remaining and SOC
blank?
•
The Net Ah, Run Time and SOC are not shown if the system is
configured for use with lithium-ion batteries.
•
The unit requires the battery to be running at full charge for 24
hours for the battery net Ah and Run Time Remaining to be
displayed.
•
See Section 4.5.1 in the user manual.
NOTE: Disconnecting and reconnecting the battery will require the same
process as connecting a new battery to the unit.

How do I connect the temperature sensor to the
battery?
•
Mount the sensor to the mid-level side of the battery in a set using
the adhesive backed clip.
•
See step # 3 of Section 2.7 for more information.

What information do I need to set up my battery?
Review the battery manual for the correct settings to enter into the GUI to
ensure that the battery is running at 100% and to avoid future issues.
