Installation of the Breakers
CAUTION
If the breakers are not fully installed or are not installed “square”
they may cause intermittent power loss or unexpected behavior
for the load devices.
Install breakers in the four front locations of the
LDM by inserting into the
four breaker openings ("On" or "I" facing up, "Off" or "0" facing down),
ensuring the breaker connector tabs securely seat in the LDM breaker
sockets. Leave the breakers turned off until the software has been
configured (see Section 3.2.4 or Section 4.6.2).
When installing load breakers, apply even pressure to the top and bottom
of the breaker to ensure proper engagement of the breaker with the rear
contacts (see Figure 9).
Applying pressure unevenly may result in misalignment of the contacts (see
Figure 10).
