Reads the host watchdog status of a module.

Two hexadecimal digits that represent the host 
watchdog status, where: 
Bit 7: 0 indicates that the host watchdog is 
disabled, and 1 indicates that the host watchdog 
is enabled, 
Bit 2: 1 indicates that a host watchdog timeout 
has occurred, and 0 indicates that no host 
watchdog timeout has occurred. 
The host watchdog status is stored in EEPROM 
and can only be reset by using the ~AA1 
command.
