3. On the right door, rotate the upper and lower hinge pins and lift up each hinge
pin.
Note: This action will release the door from the hinges.
4. Grasp the door firmly with both hands and pull it away from the hinges.
5. On the left door, rotate the upper and lower hinge pins and lift up on each
hinge pin.
Note: This action will release the door from the hinges.
6. Grasp the door firmly with both hands and pull it away from the hinges.
Replacing the DR1 rear doors
To replace the DR1 rear doors, follow these steps:
1. Grasp the left door firmly with both hands and align the slots in the door with
the hinge pins.
2. While holding the door firmly with one hand, push each of the hinge pins
down into the closed position.
3. Close the left rear door (it will be necessary to squeeze the blue-colored slide
bars together during this action to completely close the door).
4. Grasp the right rear door firmly with both hands and align the slots in the door
with the hinge pins.
5. While holding the door firmly with one hand, push each of the hinge pins
down into the closed position.
6. Close the door and lock it using the DR1 door key.
Removing a DR1 side panel
The DR1 rack comes with side panels installed. To remove a side panel, follow
these steps:
1. Using the DR1 door key, unlock the side panels. Press out on both locking
latches to release the latches.
2. Tilt the bottom of the side panel slightly toward you.
3.
Lift the side panel away from the ridge on the top of the rack.
4. Repeat this procedure for the other side panel.
