If some objects are missing, this may be due to a firewall blocking the connections.
Be sure to tunnel through the necessary firewalls. Additionally, the subnet may
need to be specified in the options.
To specify a subnet:
1. Select Options > Discovery Preferences .
A new pop up window will appear.
2. Select the Level 2: IBM Director Agents tab.
3. Select the System Discovery (IP) radio button.
4. Below Address Entries, select Add , then Unicast Range , and then click Next .
5. Provide the range of IPs that the DR550 has been assigned.
6. Click OK .
