The FCU is working in Mode M1 (measuring the cleanliness class).
2
Display of the measured flow rate (50 ml/min is recommended).
3
Indicates elapsed measuring time in %. Starts at 0%, at 100% a new display of the
the cleanliness class starts.
4
Display of actual cleanliness class, in NAS display, separately for two particle sizes.
The figures in brackets indicate the particle size ranges selected:

The displayed particle sizes can be selected by pressing the

The "trend arrow" indicates very small changes:
(
: increasing contamination,
¯
: decreasing contamination). It indicates changes
which would not otherwise be obvious from the class indication alone.
Using the keys :

, you can switch between displaying in NAS or
ISO coding and the display of particle quantity.

When displaying particle quantity, by using the keys:
, you can choose
between differential (particle sizes: 2- 5µm, 5-15µm, 15-25µm, 25-50µm, 50-100µm
and >100µm) and cumulative display (particle sizes: >2µm, >5µm, >15µm, >25µm,
>50µm and >100µm). The chosen format is indicated with a "D“ (differential) or
"C“ (cumulative) after the display of the elapsed measuring time.
