power upon reactive power scheduling timeout is
enabled, if the communication between the
SmartLogger and the scheduling backend is
interrupted for a period longer than the set value of
Reactive power scheduling timeout threshold for
triggering solar inverter power limiting, the
SmartLogger limits the reactive power of the inverter
based on the set value of this parameter.

This parameter is valid only when the power factor of the
power meter is greater than 0.9.
