HP-IB Interface Cards
The HP 4062UX/F requires an HP 98624A In terface Card in addition to the Series 300
built-in HP-IB in terface. Eac h HP-IB in terface is reserv ed for a sp ecic system function, as
listed in T able 2-1.

If y ou congure t w o HP-IB in terface cards for the system instrumen ts and the w afer prob er,
set the sele ct c o de of one in terface card to 27 and the other to 25. If y ou congure one HP-IB
in terface card for the system instrumen ts, set the select co de of the in terface card to 27.
