Connecting T est Fixtures
If y ou sp ecied test xtures, y our HP 4062C or HP 4062UX includes the HP 16370A
T est Fixture Adapter and the follo wing test xtures to satisfy virtually an y measuremen t
application.
HP 16371A 24-pin DIP Lo w Leak age Fixture
HP 16372A 48-pin DIP Lo w Leak age Fixture
HP 16373A 64-pin DIP Lo w Leak age Fixture
HP 16374A Univ ersal Lo w leak age Fixture
HP 16375A General Purp ose DIP Fixture
HP 16376A/B Univ ersal Fixture
Use the following pro cedure to connect test xtures to the SWM.
1. T urn the test xture adapter and the test xture upside do wn.
2. P osition the test xture in the test xture adapter and push the blac k push-to-lo c k
fasteners on the test xture to lo c k the test xture on to the test xture adapter.
3. T urn the adapter o v er again (topside up).
4. P osition the adapter on the SWM.
5. Push the right and left side lev ers of the test xture adapter do wn to secure the adapter on
the SWM.
Caution
Do not touc h the measuremen t pins of the SWM or the test xture.
Oil, p erspiration, and dirt prev en t go o d electrical con tact and degrade
measuremen t accuracy .
