The P arallel Printer P ort allows the instrument to communicate with remote
printers or plotters .

Degauss A ctivates a CRT screen degaussing.
+15 V , 150 mA output The +15 V , 150 mA output provides power for external modules , such as the
HP 54118A 18 GHz trigger .
Opt 100 T rigger Gate This TTL compatible input allows gating of the 12 GHKz trigger . Refer to
\2-12 GHz mode (Option 100 only)" in Chapter 13 for additional information.
Memory Protect Frame Cal protected Up position prevents timebase calibration from
being overwritten; switch to down position to
perform mainframe calibration.
