designed
to
perform
communication
industry
mask
tests
to
a
variety
of
test
standards
.
Mask
tests
may
be
performed
by
following
a
simple
procedure
.
This
procedure
loads
one
of
several
standard
mask
templates
,
automatically
aligns
the
mask
to
the
present
waveform,
and
then
determines
the
waveform's
compliance
to
the
mask.
The
size
of
the
mask,
or
portions
of
the
mask,
can
be
increased
or
decreased
in
a
linear
fashion
to
determine
the
waveform's
margin
of
compliance
.
Both
the
user-dened
and
standard
(factory-installed)
masks
can
be
stored
to
disk
for
rapid
switching
between
instrument
setups
.
