Pour the residual individual span solution into the cleaning bottle.
When performing span calibration, the calibration work can be performed smoothly if the
preparation through step 4. is performed together with the preparation for the common
zero calibration.

Take the analyzer unit from the zero calibration tank, and clean the cell unit using
the cleaning bottle containing the individual span solution.
Note
Do not spill any solution on the base of the cell rotary shaft (V-ring seal part).
When removing the analyzer unit, make sure not to lose the wing nuts.
As the UV lamp is illuminated, work with the attached light shielding glasses. The UV lamp should
not be viewed directly as your eyes may be damaged.

After cleaning the cell unit with the individual span solution, dip in the calibration
tank.
7.
Press the button for [SPAN VALUE] for UV on the UV/VIS CAL. screen.
The screen changes to the UV SPAN screen.

Clean the cell unit using the cleaning bottle containing
the individual (UV) span solution.
Allow the solution to adhere by shaking from side to side
for several times.
