Go to Main Menu > Station Settings > Memory Device Utilities > Upload Recipe. The Select Upload 
Recipe Type dialog box appears.

Select a file to upload. You can select 

Upload Variable Recipe File

, 

Upload Profile Recipe File

, 

Upload Sequence Recipe File

, or 

Upload Schedule Recipe File

. 

3.

 

Select a location to save the file. File can be saved in C: or D: drive. By default file is saved as 
Upload1. However, you can overwrite the file name.
