Motor Setup 

The Motor Setup display lets you set the motor’s Deadband, Travel Time, Low Output Limit, and High 
Output Limit. 

Item 

Description 

Select PPO Block 

Select a motor. 

Dead Band 

Deadband is an adjustable gap between forward and reverse motor operation (the range 
over which the output can change before a relay is energized). 

Travel Time 

Travel time is the time it takes the motor to travel from its calibrated 0% position to its 
calibrated 100% position. 

Output Low Limit 

Low limit for the motor position. 

Output High Limit 

High limit for the motor position.
