Fault Possible cause Actions
Steam generator does not heat up Faulty or not connected temperature
sensor Check and replace the temperature sensor
The reason is temperature fuse Unscrew the lid under the bottom plate, press again
temperature fuse (STB, brass)

Water supply is blocked Clean anti-residue sieve at the solenoid valve
Anti-calc period reached Start the anti-calc process
The whole device without voltage The reason is FI fuse Turn on the FI fuse once again
