Center Joint --- every 500 hours

(Grouped Grease Fittings --- Main Frame)

NOTE: Auto-lubrication can be used for the fittings on

the center joint.

WARNING:

Each time you leave the cab

•

Lower the bucket to the ground.

•

Pull the pilot control shut-off lever to the LOCK
position.

•

Use handrails.

1. Park the machine on a level surface.

2. Lower the bucket to the ground.

3. Pull the pilot control shut-off lever to the LOCK

position.

4. With the upperstructure stationary, apply grease to

the one grease fitting.

5. Total amount of grease to be applied is approximately

5 to 6 strokes by grease lubricator.
