Check Refrigerant Quantity
--- every 250 hours
WARNING: DO NOT allow liquid refrigerant to
contact eye or skin. Liquid refrigerant will freeze
eye or skin on contact. Be careful not to loosen
connections in the air conditioner circuit.
IMPORTANT:
・
Do not operate the compressor
without refrigerant in the air condi-
tioning circuit, as doing so may
damage them.
・
Do not overcharge the system with
refrigerant to avoid dangerous high
pressure and low cooling effect.
Air conditioner liquid tanks (2) (three pieces) are located
in room (1) under the cab. Insufficient refrigerant quantity
lowers cooling effect of the air conditioner. Check the re-
frigerant quantity through sight glass on liquid tanks (2)
(three pieces).
1. Start the engine and run at fast idle speed.
2. Turn the air conditioner and blower fan speed to the
high speed.
3. Press temperature control switch repeatedly until the
air temperature is maximum cool.
4. Check the refrigerant quantity through sight glass.
