2.3 Power On/Off

______________________________________________________________

WARNING

Check the following points before the power switch is
turned on.

Power supply matches Rated supply voltage (100 to

240 VAC: Voltage fluctuations of

10% from the

rated supply voltage are taken into account.) and
rated supply frequency (50/60 Hz).

The Unit is correctly installed (Section 2.1).

Operating with the AC ADAPTER.

Operating with 9447 BATTERY PACK.

Battery capacity is low. Replace the batteries.

NOTE

When the instrument is turned off, it memorizes the currently
used settings and reestablishes the same settings the next time
the instrument is turned on again. (Backup function)

2.3 Power On/Off

Depending on the type and status of power supply of the
8715-01, one of the following messages appears on the
Waveform Display screen.
