Configuring Security Questions
Purpose
:
You can set the security question for the admin and other users. In case of forgetting the password, you can retrieve
the password by answering the security questions.
Steps
:
1.
Go to
Configuration > System > User Management > User Management
.
2.
Select a user from the user list.
3.
Click
Security Question
and the window pops up as below.

Enter the
Admin Password
.
5.
Click
OK
to enter the Security Question Configuration page.

Select the
Security Question
and enter the answer in the
Answer
text field.
7.
Click
OK
to save the settings.
