The diagnostic test needs to write data but
the tape being used for the test is write
protected. Ensure that the device has a tape
that is not write protected for use during the
diagnostic test.

The drive tried to read or write data from a
tape from an incompatible LTO generation.

Check the SCSI cable connection and verify
that the maximum cable length is not
exceeded. Verify that the SCSI bus is
