Vacuum valve is defective
➜ Activate the power switch
Fuses defective or blown fuse ➜ Replace fuses (see chapter

Insufficient vacuum System leaks ➜ Check seals, tubing and
connections
➜ Check stopcock, grease if
necessary
Vacuum pump is defective ➜ Observe manufacturer‘s
instructions of the vacuum
pump
Unit suddenly
switches off
Timer is programmed ➜ Check and switch off the
timer, if necessary (see
chapter „Operation, Timer
functions”)
Fuses defective or blown fuse ➜ Replace fuses (see chapter
“Assembly, Electrical
connection”)
When pressure is detected,
the Hei-VAP Precision is emer -
gency stopped.
➜ The Hei-VAP Precision is reset
to the starting condition when
pressing any key.
Check the settings in the
setup menu.
➜ Calibrate the vacuum sensor

▪ The actual value curve “- - -“ is displayed instead of the
vapor temperature.
The vapor sensor is not
connected
▪ The vapor temperature is not displayed in the actual value
display
Heater can only be
activated at > 0 °C
