8.1
Cleaning of loaded items prior to sterilization
Before sterilization, the load of handpiece must be thoroughly cleared.
Dust and contaminants separated from the load will cause blockage of filters, valves and
piping, therefore, the sterilization load without cleaning is not allowed to enter the device
for sterilization.
Follow all regulations for cleaning, disinfection, and sterilization provided by the device
manufacturer.

Cleaning and maintenance
Regular cleaning and maintenance can effectively extend the life of the sterilizer and ensure a good working
condition.

Replace the seal
Sterilize 1000 times
Open the door and check whether the seal is
deformed or wrinkle, etc. If it is deformed or
wrinkled, it is recommended to replace it.
Seal maintenance
2 weeks
Remove the seal.Please rinse it with water
and wipe it dry with a soft cloth.After that
replace the lid.
Note
: Pay attention to the installation
direction of the seal (the narrow side is
close to the chamber cover and the wide
side is close to the chamber).
Door lock maintenance
Sterilize 1000 times
lubricating oil
A small amount of lubricating oil is sprayed
on the left side of the lid through the hole (A
indicated), and the outer surface is wiped by
a paper towel.
Cleaning distilled water
tank
Sterilize 300 times
Wash it with clean water.
Clean the filter at both
ends of cooling water
inlet pipe.
Sterilize 100 times
Unscrew the nut at both ends of the inlet
pipe and rinse it with clean water.
