Any XML parser written to parse the DZX file must be able to parse unknown elements. Minor changes in
the DZX file schema may occur from time-to-time. Major changes will necessitate a version change. The
current version, as shown in the target namespace, is 1.02. Major changes will be noted in an updated
version of this document.
