Independent power take-off
Independent from the ground speeds of the machine. Can be operated with the
tractor either at a standstill or moving.
Two rotation speeds are available (see fig.8)
High speed (H): 750 RPM (540E) with a 2560 RPM engine rate
Low speed (L): 540 RPM with a 2805 RPM engine rate
The speeds are selected in the following way:
Lever N° 14 fig.1 in the independent position (N° 2 fig.6)
Lever N° 24 fig.1 in the 540-540E (750) position
N.B. If difficult implements have to be used the 540E PTO is recommended.
This achieves the dual benefit of reduced implement wear and tear plus
lower fuel consumption.
Synchronized power take-off
Synchronized with all the gearbox speeds. Used for trailers with driving wheels.
The power take-off is engaged in the following way:
Lever on point A to remove the impediment
Lever N° 14 fig.1 in the synchronized position (N° 3 fig.6)
Lever N° 24 fig.1 in the neutral position (N° 2 fig.8)
Wheel turn / power take-off ratio: 1/15.13
